We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Interaction - York as a Customer Training Support Advisor. This role involves taking inbound customer service calls and providing support with various queries in a professional manner, promoting a positive experience.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for engaging with customers and ensuring that their needs are met. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our services and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44ph, paid weekly, and a full-time training program from 9am-5pm. After completing training, you will work from home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
