In this vital role, you will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless integration of hospitals into our innovative Automatic Ward Cabinet system by delivering top-notch training.
You will be responsible for educating pharmacy, nursing, and medical personnel on how to effectively utilize this cutting-edge technology to streamline medication and medical device management.
Your Responsibilities:
- Offer initial support, including setting up, configuring, and conducting basic maintenance on hardware and software
- Work closely with a dedicated team of Engineers, IT professionals, and Healthcare experts to sustain their reliable computerized drug distribution system
- Assess the training requirements of hospital staff and provide ongoing support
- Maintain updated and engaging training materials catering to different learning preferences
- Be available for on-call duties or shift work during implementation phases to deliver real-time assistance and troubleshoot issues
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or training is required
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with diverse healthcare professionals
- Confidence in presenting training content effectively
