Job Opportunity: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the Role:

Join our dynamic Stockport office within a rapidly growing software company. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients to drive business growth. Your main tasks will revolve around lead generation, qualification, and collaboration with both sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint potential clients and generate top-quality leads using various methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Lead Qualification: Communicate effectively to understand the needs and interests of potential clients, working closely with the sales team for a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and enhancing future targeting.
  • Communication and Follow-up: Articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, nurture relationships, and provide necessary information for lead progression.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Align outreach strategies with marketing campaigns, offer feedback on marketing materials, and propose enhancements based on prospect feedback.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on key performance indicators, analyze data for trends, and make adjustments to enhance the SDR strategy and overall sales performance.

  • Excellent organisational skills, adept at multitasking
