Job Description
Key responsibilities consist of:
- Handle member queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
- Take ownership of member concerns and actively seek solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve member queries according to internal guidelines and procedures.
- Responsive email writing & communication directly with numerous client cases.
- Conduct outbound calls to members as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maximise sales opportunities by educating both current and prospective members on how plans can positively impact them and their families.
- Handle all member inquiries promptly and adeptly.
- Contribute positively to the customer service team and work well in a team environment.
- Stay updated with the latest products and services in the insurance industry.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate closely with fellow services colleagues to maintain consistent and seamless support.
- Identify opportunities for improving member experience and satisfaction.

A successful 'Member Services Representative' should have:
