We are currently seeking a full-time, dependable, and experienced Assistant to assist our team of professionals in the following areas:

  • Assist/provide personal care
  • Provide Nutrition and hydration support
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
  • To liaise with management
  • To report back any concern relating to the health of the individuals
  • To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
  • To promote the independence of the individuals


The hours are from 7am - 8pm or 8am - 9pm (3 shifts per week) on a flexible rota basis over 7 days.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role required.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment; must be able to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation to Rawtenstall
Uniforms are provided. An enhanced DBS is required for these roles (paid for by the company).
