Our client is a leading player in the Technology & Telecoms sector, with a strong team of dedicated professionals.
Driving HR strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Supporting and managing outsourced services to bolster our offerings, with a particular focus on outsourced engineering.
Providing HR advice and support to the leadership team.
Overseeing talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Leading change management initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.
Collaborating with HR colleagues to deliver best practice HR solutions.
Analysing HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
A successful Senior HRBP should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience supporting engineering teams in tech companies .
Knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A competitive salary of around £495 - £605 per day, based on experience.
~6 months contract with potential extension
