Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services or a similar regulated industry.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 2 days in the office, based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational HR support to a large client group with approximately 600 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic HR guidance and support to key senior stakeholders, driving business growth and development.
  2. Support the business transformation strategy, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.
  3. Manage the people strategy within the key business unit, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Support performance management activities, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
  5. Support HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and measurement.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management in decision-making processes, ensuring informed and data-driven decisions.
  7. Prepare and present reports on business performance, relationship management activities, and strategic initiatives, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Senior HRBP in the Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  2. Transformation experience, with a track record of driving change and improvement.
