Job Opportunity

SF Recruitment is partnering with a successful growing business in Birmingham City Centre to find an experienced HRBP/Senior HR Advisor. This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with senior management across the business during a period of fast growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR support to senior management
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HRBP/Senior HR Advisor role
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £44,000
  • 37.5 hours per week (site-based)
