Night Porter
As 'Night Porter' you'll be on the front line, delivering on our mission

You'll understand the importance of a fantastic first and last impression to the happiness of our guests.

You'll be a passionate leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support your team to meet your financial goals and keep your departments running smoothly.

You'll have high standards when it comes to guest experience and brand standards and you'll take ownership and pride in your work.

Key duties

  • Support the Night Manager with the leadership of the Nights department
  • Complete Night audit duties
  • Be aware and able to enforce all fire safety procedures
  • Dealing with complaints, problemsolving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise
  • Customer service
  • Administration and Technology savvy, including PMS and Merchant Account
  • Available to work when the team and customer needs you most


You will have a strong hospitality background, preferably with the benefit of a training program from a similar luxury hotel, have the passion and energy for a challenge and be solutions oriented.

You will never falter on striving for exceptional quality and standards. You'll have a love for delivering amazing customer service as well as leading and motivating your team.

You'll be personable with excellent communication skills and have high expectations of yourself and others. You'll demonstrate your passion by effortlessly engaging with guests, delivering on your promises and inspiring those around you.
