The Night Porter is a key member of the Malmaison hotel team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel from sundown to sunrise. This role requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Food & Beverage Department during the night shift, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Welcome guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner, providing assistance with luggage and responding to any queries.
  • Conduct nightly Health and Safety audits to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting and event spaces for the next day.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
  • Essential experience of night shift work.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
