LexiaUK Ltd is an expanding market-leading literacy software provider, who seek an Accounts Administrator to assist in day-to-day business operational duties.


The key responsibilities are:

  • Processing sales orders (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Processing purchase orders (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Processing purchase invoices (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Debt chasing
  • Updating CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Developing and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (financial data/reporting)
  • Customer service duties
  • Other ad hoc admin/sales support tasks

Essential skills include:

  • Accounting software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics, however training will be provided
  • Strong IT skills including a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and CRM
  • Debt chasing
experience

  • Proven experience in similar role
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with strong time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise daily activities and meet deadlines
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths & English

Desirable skills include:

  • Strong commercial and financial skills
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, or 5 years office administration experience
  • Experience of the Education Sector

Job Types:
