- Assisting With Weekly written Time Sheets;
- Inputting data and checking against electronic registered date.
- Checking Times against Vehicle Trackers
- Ensuring all entries have correct Job Numbers listed / added if missing.
- Checking fitters weekly expense sheets are correct;
- Contain correct amounts, have receipts for each entry, and have Job Numbers assigned to them, ready for Installation managers to sign off and issue to accounts.
Site Vehicle
- Fuel receipts, Registering into an Excel register for easily checking against invoices.
- Vehicle Check Sheets, Enter into an Excel Sheet to ensure checks are being done and recorded for Audits. Raising any defects reported to Installation Manager, assisting with bookings for maintenance etc.
- Scanning installation sign off sheets and entering them into the electronic job files.
- Printing of Installation Documents, such as Installation packs (from managers) and having ready for when jobs are programmed to be installed (weekly activity)
- Assisting Installation Managers with Order requests for the procurement team, (ensuring all job details and codes are correctly assigned) and updating the order register documents.
- Assisting Installation Managers with issuing weekly Schedules, data extracted from main weekly programmes produced by the Installation Manager.
- Keeping various Excel Matrix's / Registers updated, Checking weekly / month of any actions needed, i.e. Staff Training Matrix, soon to expire certificates.
- Assisting the Installation managers in General Admin Duties not covered above.
