As a SENCo, you will deliver fun based learning to pupils according to their educational needs, in a way that maximises children's achievement and ability to develop.

For the right candidate, the school is looking to make the role permanent.

As a SENDCO, your responsibilities will include:
Contribution to the development of a positive ethos where outcomes for all groups of students are outstanding.

Directing the day-to-day operation of provision for students with SEND.Providing guidance for staff in supporting students with SEND.Identifying and assessing students for their SEND requirements.

Coordinating and guiding the development and implementation of the SEND provision.

The ideal candidate:
SENDCo QualificationEvidence of recent and ongoing professional development and qualifications relevant to the role.
Ability to exhibit effective classroom and behaviour management.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Evidence of participation in CPD opportunitiesKnowledge of the range of special educational needs.
Experience of working as a SENDCo.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about contributing to the successful growth of an OFSTED Rated 'Good' primary school within a significant multi-academy trust in the West Midlands.
