My Haddenham based client is looking for an Invoice Administrator. The responsibilities of the Invoice Administrator are to raise invoices. Check proforma invoices. Monitor dates covered by purchase orders. Run daily reports. Update the SAP system. Deal with queries and raise credit notes as required. Provide cover for other roles within the administration team. The essential skills required for this Invoice Administrator role are experience in invoicing/accounting roles. Excellent IT and software skills, with knowledge of SAP and/or Inspire desirable. Capable of learning internal systems. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must together with a keen eye for detail. Working hours for the Invoice Administrator are 8am - 5.30pm. Salary 25-30K
