The Team:
The Residential Portfolio team consists of 3 members and is offering an exciting opportunity for a Recoveries Manager to join. Reporting to the Head of Residential Portfolio, you will focus on residential real estate debt.
What's In It for You?
As a Recoveries Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer journey by providing support for loans that are due and repayable. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will handle various functions to assist non-performing customers, including account management, case support, customer data management, and legal proceedings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals aiming to build a rewarding career in Real Estate, particularly in non-performing real estate assets.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with the portfolio team as loans reach maturity to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Instructing solicitors, receivers, and other third parties as necessary.
- Monitoring non-performing loans, managing arrears, and recommending recovery strategies.
- Processing and updating data to accurately monitor non-performing loans.
- Providing support for internal and external audits and other projects.
- Offering administrative and operational support across all portfolio work streams.
- Delivering high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate records.
- Providing loan exit forecasts and timelines as needed.
- Preference for Real Estate lending experience.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed customer expectations and resolve issues.
- Understanding of legal processes related to non-performing loans is advantageous.
- Desire to suggest and implement process improvements.
Experience with non-performing Real Estate loans is preferred, but experience in other non-performing loan environments will also be considered. Previous operational or customer-facing roles are beneficial.
