Join Our Team as a Commercial Real Estate Graduate

Octopus Real Estate, a leading specialist real estate investor, is seeking a talented graduate to join our team. With over £3.7 billion in real estate assets and secured lending, we offer a unique opportunity to develop your skills and understanding of the real estate and investments industry.

About the Role

As a commercial real estate graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in investment teams, the lending team, and our central team, known as the ORE Hub. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in the market and structuring new funds to help fulfill our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study for an industry-leading professional qualification in surveying, investment management, or financial analysis.
  • Develop your network within the industry by attending webinars and events.
  • Contribute to the development of new funds and investment strategies.
Requirements

We are looking for a graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline. You should be passionate about developing a career in real estate finance and investment management.
