Energus, an award-winning people and skills organisation, is looking to expand its People & Skills Team.

Energus has over 13 years' experience of delivering high-quality graduate and Apprenticeship programmes on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) and wider nuclear sector.

As an integral member of the People and Skills team, the main purpose of this role is to:

  • To promote a wide range of award-winning graduate development and Apprenticeship opportunities to graduates, young people, employers, universities, colleges and other partner agencies.
  • To secure a diverse range of new talent at an exciting time for the nuclear and related sectors
Reporting to the Head of People and Skills, the post holder will also secure effective and forward-thinking stakeholder relationships with:

  • Senior leaders across the organisation and sector
  • Careers leaders at Universities, FE Colleges and other education institutions to promote opportunities

You will also:

  • Promote people and skills opportunities and secure new talent
  • Attend careers fairs and events to promote the Energus People and skills offer
  • Support the development of compelling messaging, employee value propositions and resourcing strategies
  • Work closely with applicants, providing support as they progress

Contracted Hours:37.5 hours per week

Salary:
£29,484 per annum

Responsibilities
You will be a member of the Energus People and Skills team working with a team of dedicated experts, supporting the Recruitment and Selection Lead to:

Qualifications

  • Experience of promotional campaigns to secure new talent
  • A resourcing background including experience of successfully developing attraction and value propositions to recruit new talent
  • A broad awareness of HR policies and procedures including experience in interacting with applicants who require reasonable adjustments to Energus' recruitment process
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection processes, document control systems and quality management
  • A positive personality, customer focused and commercially aware
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT and administration skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills
