Trampoline & Rebound Therapy - Lead Coach, Senior

Lead Coach:
To lead on the supervision and delivery of coaching sessions in trampolining and rebound therapy to an agreed format maintaining high standards of delivery by all coaches

Senior coach:
To deliver coaching sessions in trampolining and rebound therapy to an agreed format maintaining high standards of delivery. To deliver new activities to be identified to support the growth of Jump Space.

Rebound Therapy Coach:
To deliver coaching sessions in trampolining and rebound therapy to an agreed format maintaining high standards of delivery. To deliver new activities to be identified to support the growth of Jump Space.

Specific tasks

Lead:

To lead the coaching programme for the trampolining and Rebound Therapy Activities.

Plan staffing requirements for programmed sessions, and ensure all sessions are appropriately staffed.

Plan trampoline sessions for timetabled sessions - short & medium term - implementing group targets.

Evaluate sessions and monitor drop off.

Support development of assistant coaches.

Liaise with Office Manager on absences, lates and sickness to ensure entries are accurate

Liaise with Office Manager about bookings management on a daily basis.

Be a key holder to open up/close centre.

Senior:

Plan activity sessions for timetabled sessions

Lead sessions

Supervise less experienced and assistant coaches, leaders and volunteers

Lead on new initiatives in the charity, developing new activities and programmes

Organise groups for session

Organise and Supervise activity sessions and parties

Be a key holder to open up/close centre.

Coach:

Plan activity sessions for timetabled sessions

Lead a group in sessions

Supervise less experienced and assistant coaches, leaders and volunteers

Organise own group for session

Organise and Supervise activity sessions and parties

All levels:

Maintain discipline of participants

Ensure activities follow recognised progressions and that a safe environment is maintained at all times

Evaluate sessions and record outcomes of sessions on target sheets

Support development of assistant coaches.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as appropriate.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 1-3 months

Part-time hours: per week

Salary:
£10.50-£13.06 per hour
