In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our contractor clients, ensuring that all deductions and contributions are accurate and timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for contractor clients, including calculating and processing pay, taxes, and deductions
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all payroll transactions
- Prepare and file all necessary payrollrelated reports and forms
- Communicate with contractor clients to ensure that all necessary information is received in a timely manner
- Respond to payrollrelated inquiries from contractor clients and other stakeholders
- Provide support to the finance team as required
Qualifications:
- Experience with payroll processing, particularly in an umbrella company setting
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll processing software
