We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at FatFace Corporation. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand proposition to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize knowledge of local markets, financial data, and retail strategy to meet and exceed sales targets, payroll, and stock integrity.
  2. Proactively manage team performance across all business KPIs.
  3. Implement and maintain the brand proposition in the store.
  4. Drive customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
  5. Complete performance reviews and appraisals for store management and crew.
  6. Recruit, train, and develop the team through leading by example and creating a motivating work environment.
  7. Maintain awareness of personal and team development needs.
  8. Ensure adherence to procedures for cash & stock, health & safety, office, security of premises, key holders, and loss prevention.
  9. Maximize sales opportunities through commercial creativity and effective scheduling.
  10. Execute the FatFace Visual proposition to company standards.
  11. Abide by all FatFace policy and procedures.
  12. Plan and organize the retail plan for successful implementation.
