Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly and annual sales targets by driving sales into the venue
  • Handle incoming enquiries as per Sales Department standards, converting them into confirmed business
  • Conduct show rounds and client visits to a high standard
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date diary management and revenue input
  • Communicate venue product knowledge and seasonal menus to clients, upselling to increase revenue
  • Create detailed function sheets outlining event requirements from start to finish
  • Adhere to in-house accounting policies, ensure timely billing, and manage debt collection
  • Maintain strong relationships with the venue and other Searcys sites
  • Prepare proposals for new enquiries, ensuring venue standards and client expectations are met
  • Keep sales procedures and administration up to date as per KPI's
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new leads
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Previous experience in Sales or Event Planning and Management
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and foster client relationships
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
