We are recruiting for a Administrator to work at UCL.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Organisation and Administration
  • Provide full administrative support to the Bloomsbury operations team.
  • Compile accurate daily sales reports.
  • Ensure all "red bags" are set up for the Ops team daily. Responsible for receipting and filing of red bag documents.
  • Keep all Bloomsbury related servicing and maintenance records updated.
  • Complete and compile accurate weekly stock takes with each HOD of Bloomsbury retail.
  • Collate cleaning schedules, temperature records and other HSEQ paperwork and ensure they have been completed correctly.
  • Organise and maintain efficiently any filing systems and perform administrative and clerical tasks as necessary.
  • Efficient and environmentally aware usage of print and copying facilities in order to minimise costs.
  • Ensure all menus, cost labelling, till costings etc are typed up, updated, kept in order.
  • Undertake office duties as required in a manner that appropriately presents the CH&CO brand.
  • Ensure the Catering Office is presented in a tidy and attractive manner in line with the CH&CO brand
  • To support the FOH team at peaktime or when business requires

Relationship Management

  • Represent the CH&CO team on site in an efficient, friendly and organised manner in all dealings with the Clients and to project a professional image.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in CH&CO in particular with other the site managers and their teams.

Communication
Health & Safety- To keep up to date with all COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods.

  • To report any equipment and/or building fabric faults and any hygiene, health and safety hazard to your line manager.

Occasional Responsibilities

  • Work on ad hoc projects as required by the needs of the business.
  • Responsible for personal development.
  • To attend training courses and attend CH&CO meetings when necessary.
