In this role as a Buyer Admin Assistant, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Buying Team, overseeing the buying process from start to finish, and ensuring the prompt delivery of merchandise.

  • Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently.
  • Raise SKUs and track purchase orders.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate sample management.
  • Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and assist in trade meeting preparations.
  • Support the Buying Team in day-to-day operations through effective management of calendars and scheduling.
