In this role as a Buyer Admin Assistant, you will play a vital part in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Buying Team, overseeing the buying process from start to finish, and ensuring the prompt delivery of merchandise.
- Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently.
- Raise SKUs and track purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate sample management.
- Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and assist in trade meeting preparations.
- Support the Buying Team in day-to-day operations through effective management of calendars and scheduling.
- Assist in the complete buying process, including managing inventory levels and updating web descriptions.
- Coordinate sample management, fit sessions, and supplier communication.
