We are seeking
Car park Marshalls to join the team at our Stratford site


The car park (known as the Yard) is a core part of the Caffeine&Machine experience - it's the first impression when customers arrive, and its where they share their car, bike, machine with the community.


You will work closely with the Head Car Park Marshal as well as your fellow marshalling team to ensure the smooth running and operation of the car park.

You must ensure that the customer receives a very high level of service from the moment you greet them on arrival.

You'll be expected direct vehicles into the correct parking areas as well as manage the traffic upon entry to the site and advising guests on exit.


You will be working outdoors and so you must be prepared to be stood for long periods of time in all weather conditions, rain, snow or shine.

You must be willing to undertake other tasks in other areas of Caffeine&Machine as and when required. You will ensure that all company and health and safety policies, procedures and processes are adhered to.

Prior experience is desirable but not essential. All training will be provided. A great attitude and warm and friendly customer service is essential.

Key information

Salary: £7.00 - £10.

50 per hour (depends on age & experience):

  • Range of shifts & contracted hours available to suit casual zero hours, 8hrs, 20hrs, 40hrs per week
