**Reporting to**: Head of Procurement

Responsible to coordinate all product related tasks and projects in the business. You will be the one responsible for the general maintenance and SKU pricing to ensure a concise and accurate portfolio of products. Relationships and communication with other departments is key due to the multifaceted nature of setting up/discontinuing/merging products. The goal is to be the conduit between marketing, sales and procurement on the product side to ensure the smooth operation of the business and also to help drive greater efficiencies and profit.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Oversee product management for all SKU’s in the business. This includes the product setup, discontinue, swap out, and stock transfers and any liaison with Marketing department on the ‘marketing asset update’ side
- Undertake any range consolidation tasks set out by your line manager, and assist in the analysis and project management to fulfil a successful discontinue
- Review the product request/setup smartsheet entries after 3 months to ensure they’re achieving the rate of sales committed to by the KAM, and do we discontinue it or keep it
- Manage the saved search checks like ‘disc once OOS’, ‘inactive items in an assembly’, ‘Rokwear to UK swap’
- Oversee csv imports for product changes ie update of pricing files or description update etc
- Manage the barcoding of the items in the system including adding those not currently populated, and updating those with changes needed
- Work closely with marketing to successfully launch all new Rokwear products
- Be part of the ‘Catalogue Committee’ and determine what products we show in our catalogues and also online
- Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
- Be responsible for setting price band D, and have a systematic process for reviewing and updating
