Main Duties

  • Dealing with all incoming calls to the office
  • Directing calls to appropriate fee earner
  • Scanning and Photocopying
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
  • Taking messages where necessary
  • Filing and other clerical duties
  • To undertake specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards selfdevelopment
  • Any other duties which from time to time are required by the firm

Job Types:
