Role Overview


The Marketing Executive will support the Clinics Marketing Manager in delivering a programme of marketing communications activity to drive commercial growth through the onboarding of new customers and retention of active customers for B2C.

You will enable the clinics business to achieve target, delivered via marketing activity which develops and maximises customer profitability. The Marketing Executive will manage the clinics Health Content team allocation for new written and multimedia content.

This role requires someone with the desire to enhance and improve what we currently do well and an appetite to test and learn.


What you'll do:

  • To champion Bupa Health clinic's full product range, the brand, the customer, and their needs through all communications
  • To attend meetings with key stakeholders to understand current up sell and cross sell activity and identify future opportunities to drive customer revenue.
  • To work with a crossfunctional team to deliver a programme of promotion for existing and new health clinics, with a focus on health and wellbeing content to drive customer loyalty, retention, and cross sell for the consumer.
  • To understand the customer journey in centres and develop appropriate communications at key touch points.
  • To provide accurate campaign performance and updates to the Marketing Manager
  • To liaise within all areas of the business to ensure that staff are fully always briefed on the current status of marketing campaigns and performance.
  • Ensure all communications meet brand, legal and compliance requirements and are compliant with FCA and advertising standards requirements (where relevant)

What you'll bring:

  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent with some marketing experience
  • An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix
  • Strong planning and organisational abilities
  • A background in digital design or arts to create strong presentations and visual assets, preferably with knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Copywriting skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a positive persuasive manner, capable of influencing others
  • An ability to build and manage effective relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Implementation experience in the latest tools, methods and approaches that are driving crosschannel campaigns
  • Ability to work with relevant analytics and demonstrated experience in the use of measurement and tracking tools within all marketing communications channels, and incorporating results of these tools into marketing campaigns
