Our client is a large law firm in Birmingham City Centre seeking a Secretary for a hybrid work setup.
Description:
- Audio and copy typing and document processing
- Formatting documents and other relevant documentation as directed
- File openings
- Organizing and maintaining tidy and accurate files in hard copy and electronically
- Producing invoices and handling related queries
- Preparing summaries of account ledgers and ensuring balanced accounts
- Diary management for fee earners
- Creating travel itineraries and booking transport and accommodation
- Receiving calls from clients, routing them or taking messages
- Providing general administrative support for the department
- Managing workload capacity and giving regular updates
- Covering and supporting other secretaries as needed
- Flexibility is essential due to workload fluctuations
Profile:
Experience in audio typing
Administrative experience
Highly organized and able to work well under pressure
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to commute to Birmingham City Centre
Job Offer:
Hybrid work with two days from home per week
25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
