Client Details:

Our client is a large law firm in Birmingham City Centre seeking a Secretary for a hybrid work setup.

Description:

  • Audio and copy typing and document processing
  • Formatting documents and other relevant documentation as directed
  • File openings
  • Organizing and maintaining tidy and accurate files in hard copy and electronically
  • Producing invoices and handling related queries
  • Preparing summaries of account ledgers and ensuring balanced accounts
  • Diary management for fee earners
  • Creating travel itineraries and booking transport and accommodation
  • Receiving calls from clients, routing them or taking messages
  • Providing general administrative support for the department
  • Managing workload capacity and giving regular updates
  • Covering and supporting other secretaries as needed
  • Flexibility is essential due to workload fluctuations

Profile:

Experience in audio typing

Administrative experience

Highly organized and able to work well under pressure

Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Ability to commute to Birmingham City Centre

Job Offer:

Hybrid work with two days from home per week

25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
