We are seeking a Property and Technical Manager to join our team, where you will ensure a robust asset management approach to deliver optimal commercial and quality outcomes.
- Utilize expertise in residential housing to analyze data internally and with managing agents for a comprehensive understanding of our buildings and assets.
As the role progresses, you will help establish a business baseline, provide insights for future acquisitions, and ensure efficient capture of asset data from developers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain asset data throughout its lifecycle, including repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
- Review and oversee servicing and maintenance proposals from management providers and partners.
- Work with the Data team for asset data assurance and identify areas for product improvements based on customer insights.
Monitor performance at various levels and support optimization strategies. Assist in business planning assumptions for long-term asset investments and contribute to achieving Net Zero Carbon goals.

Requirements:- Strong academic background (RICS advantageous).
- Experience in residential property management and surveying.
- Expertise in asset optimization and efficient asset management practices.
- Technical knowledge of affordable housing products, specifications, costs, and lifecycles.
- Experience in developing major works programs at asset and portfolio levels.
- Previous engagement with developers and property managers.
