About the role
We are looking for team members who will work to ensure the staff are happy and well-supported so the business can run smoothly, and organise and delegate their workload as well as monitoring them to make sure it's done correctly.

The hours for this role are as follows - 8:15am - 6:30pm, 24 hours/week, 3 over 7 days, Monday to Sunday as determined by rota.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have the aptitude to guide and motivate colleagues and ensure they are delivering superb customer service
You will have:
- The ability to portray a professional image at all times both internally and externally
- Secondary leadership experience to assist with team member training for professional development
- Multifaceted communication skills, time management, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Act as a centre of excellence in customer service
- You must take real pride in your work and be willing to rollyoursleevesupandgetstuckin
