The Role


We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join the People Team in supporting with general admin and systems tasks.

You will also play a significant role in all things reward and recognition, assisting with the annual salary and bonus reviews, employee benefits and recognition schemes, and leading on our important charity events and projects.


What you'll be doing:

  • Work with and support the Rewards and Recognition Manager on daytoday tasks and duties
  • Support the People Director with adhoc tasks and reporting
  • Lead the charity events, and monthly communication of our CARE updates
  • Support in the annual bonus and salary review process
  • Support in employee recognition schemes
  • The production and maintenance of key HR reports, managing spreadsheets and employee data
  • Maintain and update the HR system (Fourth), ensuring data is always accurate and files are stored correctly
  • Respond to general HR queries and People Team inbox
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, as well as update job title changes and salary changes
  • Be a point of contact for colleagues in the People team and our employees
  • Provide professional HR service and support with general administrative tasks, including note taking, ordering stationary, assisting with holiday and sickness

Required Experience:

  • Previous HR experience in a coordinator or admin role
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to listen, express and articulate information effectively both verbally and in written communication
  • Previous experience of working with excel for large volumes of data, ensuring data accuracy and manipulating data for reporting

Desirable:

  • Job Levelling and benchmarking experience would be beneficial
  • A benefit if you have previous experience working in employee benefits, whether in a Reward or another HR role
  • Experience of using Fourth HR system
