Project HR Co-ordinator

Our client, a renowned architectural firm based in London, requires a Project HR Co-ordinator to join their HR team and provide direct support to one of their projects.
The role is hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring resourcing and recruitment
- Raising new starter and leaver tickets for employees, secondees and sub consultants
- Ensure all recruitment tracking is up to date
- Arrange interviews, collect feedback and update the recruitment tracker
- Ensure all personnel regarding those working on the project is up to date on CMAP
- Monitor holiday to ensure staff are taking leave in a timely fashion
- Carry out all BPSS checks annually
- Be first point of contact for all sick leave
- Responsible for recording all absences and updating the HRIS
- Ensuring all holiday is approved
- Assisting the admin team with the appraisal and development review process
- Arrange 6 week probationary periods and exit interviews gathering feedback from the team as and when appropriate
- Update CMAP and People HR with internal project moves
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience
- Experience of working in a HR Assistant/Administration or Coordination capacity
- Experience of working with HR specific Information Systems
- Great organisation and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team focused, with the ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly
- Aware of when to ask for help
- Able to demonstrate a sensitive approach to confidential matters and show consistently sound judgement
- Key problemsolving skills, indicating use of your own initiative
