Client Services Bookings Scheduler/Administrator - Maternity Cover, circa 6 months.

Community Transport- Bookings

  • Respond to all requests for bookings for transport services operating in Rushmoor and Fleet. Bookings come in by phone, M-F
  • Ensure passengers are booked in correctly and allowing time for their pickup - full training will be provided on our in-house booking system.
  • Support good internal communications and a positive working environment.
  • Promote equality and diversity in all undertakings.
  • In all undertakings ensure compliance with RVS policies.

About You

You will have a good knowledge of the Rushmoor (Farnborough & Aldershot) area, and be comfortable with using Google Maps. This is a high pressure but enjoyable role, with many phone calls during the opening times of

You will be a good administrator with excellent keyboard skills. You will be committed to supporting the passengers to book their trips in a timely and efficient manner and also supporting the drivers, by providing accurate information.

You will have experience of customer service, with an interest in supporting the local Rushmoor and Hart communities. A good local knowledge of the area of Rushmoor in particular would be very useful for the post holder.

This role cannot be worked flexibly, although there may be the opportunity for additional hours.

Education, Administration and Communication

Essential

  • Educated to at least GCSE level
  • Able to communicate clearly and comprehensively both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent keyboard skills and a good understanding of Excel.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows10.
  • Familiarity of using databases, training provided for our in-house system.
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: From £11.18 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
