Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training programs for our customers, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
- Manage customer training schedules and coordinate with customers on specific training needs and requirements.
- Verify training objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned programs and interact with internal and external customers.
- Administrative Tasks
- Manage client information and update records as necessary.
- Perform Export Compliance checks and verify pre-training documents.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Aviation Management preferred or three (3) years' related experience and/or training.
- Experience
- Achieved a master level of all responsibilities of Scheduling Specialist, Associate.
- One (1) to two (2) years of aviation experience preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of aviation terminology and regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes rapidly. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
