Seeking a Mid Level/Lead Unreal Developer to to create immersive gaming experiences. Your skills in Unity and game development will play - pun intended, a pivotal role in our gaming projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new gameplay features within the Unreal Engine.
  • Develop and maintain different game architectures and mechanics using the Unreal game engine.
  • Collaborate with artists and designers to implement game assets and mechanics.
  • Optimise game performance across various platforms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot game-related issues and glitches.
  • Play a part in code reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Implement and test game mechanics and interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Unreal Developer with a portfolio of successful game projects.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming language for Unreal or C++ custom engine game development.
  • Strong understanding of Unreal or Custom C++ Engine physics, rendering, and AI systems.
  • Experience with 2D and 3D game development in Unreal.
  • Ability to optimize game performance for various platforms (PC, mobile, consoles).
  • Knowledge of game design principles and gameplay mechanics
  • Familiarity with game asset creation tools and pipelines.
  • Effective collaboration skills to work with artists, designers, and other developers.
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to creating immersive and engaging experiences.
