We have an exciting office-based administrative position based at our P&G UK Head Office in Weybridge, supporting the Oral-B Field Team covering UK, Ireland and Nordics.

Role Overview

In this role you will have responsibility for providing full administrative support to the Oral-B leadership team and Territory Managers:

Leading internal and external conference logistics. Coordinating deliveries and monitoring effectiveness in line with stewardship guidelines. Managing the trade registration processes - handling all queries and questions from prospective customers. Assisting with the Territory Managers' initial onboarding. Coordinating educational material deployment for events, customers, sales team and Clinical Experts. Responsibility over the marketing spend processing including raising purchase orders, invoice management and tracking. Inputting data into our CRM. Leading localisation coordination for Nordics detailing materials.
