The HR and Compliance Administrator will:
- Update the HR system
- Deal with changes of employee personal information and changes
- Ensure efficient, accurate and timely administration for monthly payroll
- Carry out BDS checks regularly
- Prepare and issue letters and employment paperwork
- Deal with ad hoc enquiries from managers and staff
- Support in employee relations matters as and when required
- Attend recruitment fairs and acts as ambassador
- Make sure the company compliance is in line with all employment law legislative requirements
- Assists in the induction of new staff, completing all necessary paperwork
- Have experience of working in an administration role previously
- Want to help and make a positive impact
- Ideally have worked within HR
- Be CIPD qualified/partqualified or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- Have outstanding attention to detail and work well under pressure
- Be able to prioritise workload and tasks
