Duties
- Assist the Men's 1st Team Head Chef with all administration of the kitchen, ensuring all paperwork is correctly filed and up to date with necessary actions taken
- To help provide the Operations Manager with all discrepancies in payroll and assist with any pay queries
- To track all kitchen and front of house invoices of deliveries, ensuring all are logged and filed correctly
- General administration tasks such as label creation, printing and general daytoday tasks
- Ensure all Health & Safety documents are up to date and relevant
- Asist the Operations Manager with people processes, staff engagement techniques and collating reports as neccesary
Person Specification
- Strong organisational skills with a fine eye for detail
- Previous administration experience, ideally in a catering environment
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent time management and confident in decision making
