Duties

  • Assist the Men's 1st Team Head Chef with all administration of the kitchen, ensuring all paperwork is correctly filed and up to date with necessary actions taken
  • To help provide the Operations Manager with all discrepancies in payroll and assist with any pay queries
  • To track all kitchen and front of house invoices of deliveries, ensuring all are logged and filed correctly
  • General administration tasks such as label creation, printing and general daytoday tasks
  • Ensure all Health & Safety documents are up to date and relevant
  • Asist the Operations Manager with people processes, staff engagement techniques and collating reports as neccesary

Person Specification

  • Strong organisational skills with a fine eye for detail
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a catering environment
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent time management and confident in decision making
This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible, part-time administration role that can commute easily to Cobham & Stoke D'Abernon
