We are recruiting a customer-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include briefing and overseeing of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining and promoting company standards and ethos.

**Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities**:

- Checking in on customers to ensure they are having a great experience and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate any issues with the kitchen and other relevant team members
- Ensure customer bills are settled timely and accurately
- Address customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks when required
- Provide a warm and friendly customer approach
- Working closely with the kitchen and back of house to ensure logistics run smoothly
- Take responsibility to open and close the restaurant

**Restaurant Supervisor Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Desire to grow and develop professionally

**Remuneration Package**
- 28 holidays (per annum) plus your birthday off

**Working hours**:
48 hours per week; with shifts distributed over Monday-Sunday, daytime only.

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
