This is a remote or hybrid hotel sales manager role.

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving accommodation revenue and building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and other key stakeholders. As a Sales Manager for Kabannas, you will have the opportunity to showcase your strategic acumen, negotiation skills, and passion for hospitality as you contribute to the success of our portfolio of properties. The initial primary focus of this role is to deliver mid week occupancy in to our Liverpool and Newcastle locations.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, property visits, and industry events.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Role can be based in the UK, either in one of our cities or remote, happy to flex as needed.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK for this role.
