Purpose of the role:
To ensure the offices and functions falling under the position run smoothly and efficiently and be the go-to person for all related operational activity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly manage all operational activity relating to the Group's Redhill office
- Coordinate all managed office operational activity through relevant suppliers
- Provide 1st line support on all premises related queries and requests from coworkers
- Manage the daytoday interactions with landlords and suppliers
- Maintain office supply inventories, supervise procurement and adhere to budgets
- Oversee staff travel and accommodation arrangements, monitor & report on spend
- Coordinate all operational aspects of new employee onboarding and inductions
- Ensure environmental and health & safety policies are up to date and applied to organisational activity
- Coordinate the office visits from 3rd parties and meet and greet where applicable
- Implement and maintain office procedures and administrative systems
- Ensure office correspondence, complaints and queries are dealt with
- Assist the organisation's HR & Finance functions by maintaining record and documents
- Oversee the organisation of company events, social gatherings & staff incentives
- Supervise and manage the daytoday activities of direct reports
- Attend meetings with senior management
- Identify, propose and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the office environment
