Office Power is a leading business platform company that specializes in the business supplies industry. We are a high-growth organization that partners with traditional reseller businesses to provide innovative solutions and support services.
The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our partners, providing guidance and support to help them utilize our platform and tools to enhance and grow their business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop trusting relationships with dealers through regular, proactive communication
- Manage inbound dealer queries from receipt to resolution
- Support dealer on-boarding projects, including customer data cleansing and pre/post go-live training
- Implement dealer trading plans with the Marketing team once configured/agreed with the dealer
- Coordinate the requirements of larger Specials projects across multiple departments to ensure a high standard of service is delivered to the dealers
- Manage reporting requests from dealers
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an Account Management or customer-facing role
- An understanding of a SAAS business model
- Commercially minded individual, who can understand business goals
- Demonstrates knowledge of and has a real passion for technology; understanding how technology drives smarter & optimized performance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with business partners
- Intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple client action plans and chase internal teams against deadlines
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
