The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to collaborate with our partners and help them utilize our platform and tools to enhance and grow their business. As an Account Manager, you will be the first line of communication, proactively resolving any issues that arise and working closely with other departments to identify areas of improvement.

You will have a strong understanding of our platform and be able to communicate its benefits to our partners. You will also be responsible for developing trusting relationships with our partners, managing inbound queries, and supporting dealer on-boarding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusting relationships with partners through regular, proactive communication
  • Manage inbound partner queries from receipt to resolution
  • Support partner on-boarding projects, including customer data cleansing and pre/post go-live training
  • Implement partner trading plans with the marketing team
  • Coordinate the requirements of larger specials projects across multiple departments
  • Manage reporting requests from partners
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an account management or customer-facing role
  • An understanding of a SAAS business model
  • Commercially minded individual with a strong understanding of business goals
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and passion for technology, understanding how it drives smarter and optimized performance
