Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll play a key role in leading and executing strategies to achieve forecasted sales and profit margins.

With a focus on both strategy and execution, you'll oversee digital marketing channels including Paid Search, SEO, Email, and App, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for our customers.

Collaborate with the Next team to implement the trade marketing plan across JoJo websites and key digital channels, optimizing SEO, Paid Search, email, and paid social plans.

Set and report on success metrics, monitoring performance and providing insight-driven optimization recommendations.
Manage paid and performance budgets to ensure positive ROI and profitability of the site.
Drive a unified omni-channel experience, aligning with JoJo's brand values and strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure digital activities align with overall business and marketing goals.
Overseeing seasonal design updates and UX developments in collaboration with the Next digital design team.
Analyzing performance metrics and proposing actions to enhance customer journey and conversion rates.
Monitoring competitor websites and incorporating best practices to improve our offerings.
Building relevant reporting processes to measure key KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Experience within digital marketing is a must.
You possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks the platform functionality is not under this remit.
You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

Inquisitiveness to really know how to smart target customers via digital channels and optimise performance to allow for scalability of the brand.

Ability to set digital goals use data and insight to optimise performance and write briefs to request test and learn methodology when required.
