Based in funky Shoreditch, the HelloFresh UK Head Office is a thriving and exciting environment, and we are looking for someone with a positive energy and welcoming demeanour to join our team as a Front of House / Workplace coordinator.

In this role, youwill be the ultimate HelloFresh host; welcoming guests and colleagues to our building at reception, managing deliveries and couriers, and helping deliver all the great projects and events that our team are famed for

Who You Are:

  • Someone with strong customer service experience, either in an office or perhaps hospitality or retail
  • An excellent communicator, keen to make everyone feel positive after talking to you
  • A selfstarter with impeccable eye for detail, whether that's spotting problems or solutions
  • A real team spirited person, able to adapt your work style to work harmoniously with a wide range of people
  • Someone who can remain calm under pressure and take on challenges, no matter how weird or wonderful
  • An excellent planner with great organisation skills

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Be the ultimate host by creating a warm welcoming environment for all staff, guests, tenants, contractors and couriers that come to our office.
  • Receive and scan all post and deliveries, including coordinating with internal teams about any chilled/frozen food that needs to be stored, and liaising with our tenants regarding their deliveries.
  • Ensure that everyone follows our access control procedure to keep our building safe and secure (signingin, reporting lost/stolen access cards, issuing temporary access cards.
  • Inventory Management of all office consumables and supplies groceries, stationery, toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance concerns that you see across the office and escalate to the Workplace Lead or onsite contractors as needed.
  • Carry out daily and weekly office walkthroughs to ensure the office is fully operational, organised and tidy
  • Highlight ongoing problems to Workplace Lead to find more longterm solutions and suggest ideas on how we can improve our workplace offering.
  • Support the Workplace Lead with the coordination of office moves, desk reshuffles and space planning to suit the needs of our employees.
  • Assist with some event operations to support cultural events and initiatives in the office.

You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.

You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake.

You mustreport incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager
