Reporting to the Accountant, this role will have a strong focus on Accounts Payable duties but the option to learn further accounting skills.

You will be responsible for the following

  • All Accounts Payable invoicing for the Reading site. Approx 500 per month including the matching and coding.
  • Manual daily payments this is for all the card payments and gives you the opportunity to liaise with other members of the business to ensure all payment details are correct
  • Monthly BACS payments
  • Bank reconciliations and posting of all payments
This is a fast paced industry where attention to detail is key. However ample training will be provided from team members in both the Reading site and neighbouring offices.
The role is working 5 days per week in the office.

It offers free onsite parking and benefits such as 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, alongside Study Support is required.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
