Our company is known for being experts in the residential property sector, with a wide presence across the country.
With ARMA accreditation and a team trained by IRPM, we offer top-notch building and estate management services for various types of developments in multiple UK locations.
Established in 2005, we currently oversee client assets worth over £3 billion and manage 27,000 units (with exciting plans for expansion in 2024). We are looking for an Estate Manager who is diligent, organized, and adept at managing workload priorities.
In this role, you will work closely with a Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the development you are assigned to.
You should be able to develop a deep understanding of the property, building strong relationships with residents and clients to maintain trust in the service we provide at Centrick.
We require someone experienced in supervising estate maintenance, including buildings, grounds, and facilities. You should have a background in coordinating repair work and maintenance tasks with contractors and service providers.
Your responsibilities will include regular communication and updates with the Centrick team, especially the property manager and estate directors.
Key tasks will involve upholding high standards in external cleaning, gardening, landscape maintenance, and overall property upkeep. You'll also monitor and address any risks, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment.
We value proactive monitoring around the site for standards, safety, potential breaches, and any unwanted behavior. Additionally, you will assist in contractor management and procurement tasks alongside the property manager.
