Your mission:
Contribute to the store's success by utilizing effective sales techniques and providing top-notch customer service while upholding the brand's image.

What will you be focusing on?

  • Address customer queries and exceed expectations in the store.
  • Assist multiple clients using established procedures.
  • Handle transactions at the cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Possess, comprehend, and exhibit a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the products.
  • Achieve personal/store sales targets, considering the store's KPIs.

Store Image

  • Maintain the store's appearance in line with the company's standards.
  • Keep the stockroom and accessories area well-organized.
  • Minimize stock loss.
  • Replenish supplies promptly.

Professional Conduct

  • Adhere to the company's dress code.
  • Engage in informative and team meetings.
  • Foster positive relationships with all colleagues, including management.
  • Offer guidance and assist in training other team members.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Represent the brand positively.

Store Operations

  • Open and close the store as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks.
Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the sector.
  • Completion of a training program.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
