Working supernumerary hours you will report to the Registered manager and deputise in her absence and lead a team of nurses and carers in ensuring quality care is given to all residents .

Liaising with families , GPs and other health care Professionals you will ensure you demonstrate kindness and professionalism and have a good knowledge of care standards, audits, medication, Dols etc.

You will be able to lead a team of nurses and carers and motivate them to ensure the highest level of care is given.

You will have sound understanding of clinical procedures either as a nurse or non nurse but you will be an excellent communicator and have the motivation to drive high standards this provider is known for
You will be/ have

a background in care management ideally gained within an elderly care home and you must be a nurse with a current PIN.
