As a Practice Manager, your role will include:

Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets and managing budgets

Managing a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and managing the performance of self-employed clinicians

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Analysing financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
